Top Things To Do In Cornwall
Visit the Eden Project
Under these iconic domes, you'll find the incredible Eden Project - an educational charity and social enterprise, with a global mission to create a movement that builds relationships between people and the natural world.
Set in a reclaimed china clay pit, here you’ll find enthralling rainforest plant species, as well an incredible variety of wonderful plants from around the world - including pineapple trees, dahlias, highland tropical pitcher plants and the bright hottentot sugarbush.
What's more, the Eden Project also boasts a number of summer concerts, which has seen the likes of Elton John, Oasis and Muse.
Head to Land’s End:
The Land's End is the UK's most westerly point, and one of Cornwall's greatest attractions. One of Britain's best-loved landmarks, due to its unique location and beautiful scenery, Land's End was recognised during the ancient Greek rein and was referred to as 'Belerion' – Place of the Sun.
Head out to the coast for a windswept walk, before warming up inside with a cream tea the Cornish way. Oh, and be sure to stick around for sunset.

The inspiring open-air Minack Theatre, built into the granite cliffs, is a performance space like no other. With dramatic Cornish coastal views and the seating facing out to the Atlantic Ocean, you’d be forgiven for getting distracted during a performance.
Pendennis Castle
Located near Falmouth, this stunning Tudor fort was created by the notorious Henry VIII and played its part in countless battles throughout the centuries.
Pendennis Castle, built for genuine military purposes rather than banquets, has an especially interesting past. It was erected for Henry VIII, but it continued to be used as a military base in World War II. Enjoy the history of this fascinating location before settling in for lunch at the nearby town of Falmouth.
Trebah
Trebah is a sub-tropical garden with rhododendrons, hydrangeas, and incredible views of the sea where visitors may walk around and view them.

Head to Padstow

Explore the Lost Gardens of Heligan
A chance discovery three decades ago led to the restoration of these centuries-old gardens, which had been left untouched since the First World War. The Lost Gardens of Heligan's flower gardens and pineapple pits date back to the 1700s, and these 200-acre botanical gardens are well worth seeing for a sense of English horticultural history.
Cycle the Camel Trail
Hire bikes and leave Padstow early on the Camel Trail to Bodmin. Don't be concerned if you're not a seasoned cyclist; this former railway line is wonderfully flat. On this gentle, hour-long route you’ll pass along the gorgeous Camel Estuary and through Camel Valley woodland. Keep an eye out for kingfishers and marsh marigolds along the way. Once complete, reward yourself with a nice drink in once of the local pubs.
Camel Valley Vineyard
Sitting in the sun, drinking fine wine just meters from where it was produced is about as great as it gets. And these professional viticulteurs may have more gold medals than bottles in their home cellars.
Head to the family owned vineyard for a tour and tasting on the terrace and then select your favourite vintages to bring home. This is the perfect trip for a special occasion.
