- Clients
- GoKo collects data from its clients (Inc. employees/contractors of clients) in order to fulfil its contractual, commercial and legal obligations of its contracted services. To do this, GoKo collects personal data such as, your name, contact details, position, address and company details. The majority of the personal data GoKo collect would have been supplied to GoKo by you, however some data may come from external sources, such as company searches.
- GoKo processes your personal data for the purposes of providing its professional services to you and to communicate its services in the interests of developing its professional relationships. GoKo has a ‘legitimate interest’ in processing your data for the purposes set out above.
- GoKo will only share your data within its organisation or with third parties for the purposes of performing its contractual and legal obligations i.e. its tour operators.
- GoKo will retain your data for as long as it has a legitimate purpose to do so and to defend itself against any legal claims. Typically, GoKo will retain client documentation/case files for 6 years. Once GoKo has no legal or commercial reasons to retain personal data, it will be securely deleted or destroyed.
- As a client, the failure to provide your requested personal data may result in GoKo not being able to or provide its services properly or at all.
- GoKo deploy a number of both organisational and technical measures that ensures that your data is securely stored at all times so that it cannot be lost, accidentally destroyed, misused, disclosed, or accessed by any unauthorised persons. - Corporate Partners
- GoKo collects personal data from its corporate partners to provide its professional services and to fulfil its contractual, commercial and legal obligations of its contracted services with its clients. To do this, GoKo may collect personal data such as, your name, contact details. The majority of the personal data GoKo collects would have been supplied to GoKo by you, however some data may come from public sources i.e. websites.
- GoKo processes your personal data for the purposes of providing its professional services to you and its clients and to communicate its services in the interests of developing its professional relationship with you. GoKo has a ‘legitimate interest’ in processing your data for the purposes set out above.
- Your personal data will be shared within GoKo organisation and with third parties solely for the purposes of GoKo providing its professional services. Occasionally, GoKo may be required to disclose your personal data to government bodies and in exceptional circumstance, to law enforcement authorities.
- GoKo will retain your data for as long as it has a legitimate purpose to do so and to defend itself against any legal claims. Typically, GoKo will retain case files for 6 years. Once GoKo has no legal or commercial reasons to retain your personal data, it will be securely deleted or destroyed.

- GoKo may collect personal data if you subscribe to our website or contact us with a query. GoKo may collect, your name, contact details and any personal data relating to your enquiry with us.
- GoKo will process your personal data to confirm your subscription and/or respond to your query. Your personal data will be shared within GoKo’s organisation and third parties who provide support such as for information technology, for the purpose of processing your data. GoKo has a ‘legitimate interest’ in processing your data for the purposes set out above.
- GoKo will retain your personal data for commercial and legal purposes and for as long as it takes to respond to your query. Once GoKo has no legal or commercial reasons to retain your personal data, it will be securely deleted or destroyed
