Traditional: You prefer a trip that is more structured, stable and predictable. You would rather follow a set routine and planned itinerary. You would like to stay in more comfortable accommodation and relax after a long day with a book
Sightseers: You fit between traditional and traveller. You are laid back, calm and easy going, but prefer to stick to the tarmacked roads. You book a trip to see the countries / cities highlights and get a buzz off getting those photo album snaps, before retiring with a bottle of wine in a nice restaurant at sunset.
Traveller: This is the most popular personality trait. Your authentic and known to be unpredictable at times. Your travel interests and daily life are more varied and diverse than both the Traditional's or Sightseers. You don't mind resting your head in a shared dorm now and again, and itineraries are sometimes made to be broken- If you hear about something exciting in your local town, you are the type of person to go explore.
Pioneer: As a Pioneer, your personality fits between Adventurer and Traveller. You share a number of characteristics in common with pure Adventures, but you're not as extreme. Climbing to Everest Base Camp gets your heart pumping but climbing to the peak is a NO GO! You love to travel, especially to foreign destinations and you always seek new experiences, cultures, challenges and destinations on every trip you take. You use itineraries as a rough guide but are likely to make your own path.
Pure Adventurer: You fit the 1%. Travel is in your blood and the more extreme; the better. You spend more time on the side of a mountain or in a tent that you do at home. You are likely to become an expert guide at some point in your life and you're not scared to do what others normally shy from. You are hardcore. You are the Bear Grylls of this world.
