When To Travel
Tanzania's peak season is from June to September. These months are the best time to see wildlife, however, please note that it gets very busy with tourists and prices are higher.
The low season is between March to May. This is mainly due to the fact that there is a lot of heavy rainfall.
If you are planning to climb Kilimanjaro, June is a best time, with decent weather and fewer crowds than the summer months.
Visa
Passports and Visas are the responsibility of the individual traveller.
Most nationalities need a visa to visit Tanzania.

Visas are valid for 90 days.**
Health
Some vaccinations may be required pending on where you are going and what you’re doing. Some entry points into Tanzania may require you to show a certificate of vaccination for Yellow Fever.
We recommend you seek medical advice regarding other vaccinations such as Polio, Typhoid, Hepatitis A and Tetanus.
Malaria precaution is also essential, so we suggest you consult your GP on which Malaria tablets to take.
If you are climbing Kilimanjaro you may experience Altitude sickness. It has nothing to do with experience, fitness levels or age and can affect everyone differently.
Some of the routes are longer than others and will give you more time to acclimatise. If you have struggled with altitude sickness before we definitely suggest taking one of the longer options.
