You will have your very own private chef providing complimentary breakfast and a mouthwatering dinner. All Food is cooked to order, and staff can plan meals around your wishes. Special dietary needs and children’s meals available on advance request.
Dining can be as formal or informal as you wish, from full four-course gourmet meals to poolside BBQ with the children. A delicious range of Thai cuisine from the villa’s suggestion menu, plus selected Western, Chinese, and grilled dishes, all prepared and served by the in-villa chef.

What's more, Baan Hinta is within walking distance of several other resorts, restaurants, shops and spas and close to Samui's famous Hinta/Hinyai tourist site from which this Villa takes its name.
Guests can also enjoy yoga at the world-famous Samahita Retreat which also offers a variety of deliciously healthy cuisine. The historical Laem Sor Pagoda, in all its golden glory, is one of Samui’s cultural landmarks and is a beautiful sunset beach walk from the villa.

Things To Do:
- Looking for that perfect beach spot? Then you must visit Silver Beach (otherwise called Crystal Beach). This beach sits along the cliffs that separate Lamai from the Chaweng area.
- For a bit of family fun, head to Samui Easy Kart for go-karting and indoor-skydiving.
- The Lad Koh View Point is a great place to enjoy views of the Gulf of Thailand. The viewpoint faces east, so it’s also worth waking up really early to catch the beautiful sunrise here.
- Further south of Chaweng is Lamai Beach, which is far quieter than Chaweng. There is fine white sand and deep enough waters for swimming.
- Located on the beachfront of Bophut Beach, sits the famed dining hub, Fisherman’s Village. Fisherman’s villages houses over 40 restaurants and plenty of shopping opportunities. Most shops and restaurants are open from late morning or early afternoon. The Village becomes a vibrant “Walking Street” and is closed to traffic from 5pm on Fridays.
- A trip to Samui is not complete without a visit to the 12-metre tall seated Buddha statue. This statue represents Buddha’s journey to enlightenment and is a symbol of meditation and purity.
- Enjoy a competitive game of golf at Santiburi Golf course that is set amidst a reserved coconut palm plantation and boasts panoramic views of the Gulf of Siam.
- The “Grandpa and Grandma” rocks also known as the Hin Ta and Hin Yai Rocks are a sight you’re going to need to see to believe – no photoshop here! These rock formations resemble the male and female genitalia.
- Up for an adventure? It is time to venture further inland to visit the Na Mueang Waterfalls, some of the most scenic waterfalls in Samui. There’s no entry fee required to visit the waterfalls and the path from the entrance of the park to the falls is easy to follow.
- Packed with bars and clubs, the busy town of Chaweng comes alive at night till the early hours of the morning. Chaweng is perfect if you are looking for a party.

- Child policy Under 2 years old stay for free sharing existing bedding with parents.Rates are subject to 17.7% tax & service charge.
- Minimum 10 nights required for stays that overlaps both Christmas and New Year (18 Dec 2021 - 05 Jan 2021 and 17 Dec 2022 - 05 Jan 2023).
- Chef or in-villa shopping service is available at THB 300 or 20% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.
- Pre-arrival shopping service is available at THB 650 or 20% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.
- Where number of guests exceed 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa, a security deposit of THB 100,000 will be collected.
- Where number of guests is less than 1.5 times of the occupancy ofthe villa for small group events, a security deposit of THB 50,000 will be collected. Security deposit is refundable provided no damage or deep cleaning at the villa is required.
Visas:
If entering by air most nationalities will be granted a 30 day stay on arrival.
If you have a UK or US passport, then you do not need a Visa to enter Thailand (up to 30 days if arriving by air or up to 15 days if arriving by land).
This is known as a visa exemption. You may need to show your return ticket upon arrival and / or complete a landing card.
If you’re staying longer than 30 days then you’ll need to apply for a visa before travelling. If you overstay you may be fined or detained, so check the date twice! Please note that a visa extension can be obtained in Thailand at any immigration office for approx. 2000THB. We recommend checking the latest country entry requirements with your national foreign travel office, for UK citizens this is the Foreign Travel Advice section of https://www.gov.uk
If planning to enter Thailand via a land border multiple times during your travels, we recommend you pre-obtain a 60-day multiple entry visa from your embassy or consulate before you travel rather than attempting to obtain a visa at the border on multiple occasions which may result in being denied re-entry into the country.
