Fact Sheet

When to Travel

The best time to visit the Maldives is during the dry season (November - March). Here, you can expect low rainfall, low humidity and lots of sunshine. The wet season – known as the “South West Monsoon” – runs from May to November, and this is considered the worst time to visit the Maldives. As such, visitors will likely find better deals at this time of year.

Visa

At the time of writing, you do not need a Visa to visit Croatia if you are from the UK or US for less than 30 days. However, please check the full guidelines on the embassy website before you travel. For UK citizens this is the Foreign Travel Advice section of https://www.gov.uk

Health:

Some vaccinations may be required to enter Maldives. As such, it is very important to check with your GP before travelling. Your GP will be able to provide you with all up to date travel information and will give you updates if regulation changes.

Travel insurance is mandatory on all our trips. We also recommend that you carry a First Aid kit and hand sanitisers / antibacterial wipes as well as any personal medical requirements.
