Hidden away in the quaint bay of Lipa Noi, sits the luxurious six villa estate, Dhevatara Cove. Blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living, Baan Tao Talay was inspired by the original Thai Ayuttaya palaces. As a result, Baan Tao Talay boasts huge ceiling-high windows, vaulted plafond, roofed terraces and airy features. Stepping onto the property, guests are met with a beautiful central water feature that gives way to the opulent open-plan kitchen and welcoming dining area.
Surrounding this beautiful dining area, guests can choose from one of five ensuite bedrooms spaced over two storeys. Each gorgeous bedroom is sumptuously decorated with beautiful dark wood furnishings and endowed with its very own king-size four-poster beds. All of the ensuite bathrooms are finished with glass, wood and marble and the master bedroom features a tropical outdoor shower - perfect for enjoying tropical breezes and starry nights.
As you find yourself floating through the pavilions and past multiple water features, you will eventually stumble upon the stunning 18.5-metre infinity pool that exposes a waterfall, a seated jacuzzi and enough sunbeds for the whole family. What’s more, this stunning villa has direct access to a secluded beach where paradise sunbathing and ultimate relaxation awaits.

Bedrooms:
All five exquisitely decorated bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning, plasma TV's with DVD/CD players, a personal safe, hairdryers, robes and slippers. Three of the bedrooms have separate dressing areas, while two of the double bedrooms can be changed to two twins if preferred.
The bathrooms are all spacious and finished to a high standard with glass, wood and marble. Two of them have inside/outside showers set in small, private, tropical gardens and another has a large folding window.

Location:
Approximately 700 kilometres southeast of Bangkok, Baan Tao Talay is located on the beautiful west coast of Ko Samui.
Direct flights to Samui island depart several times a day from Bangkok, Phuket, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore & Hong Kong. Additionally, you can also arrive by boat and train from the mainland - both equally stunning journeys.
The villa itself is approximately 10-minutes from the ferry port of Nathon and 32km from Samui's International Airport.
Despite recent developments, Samui remains a tropical paradise with a friendly, laid back atmosphere. The most popular and commercialised beaches are Chaweng and Lamai on the East coast, while the northern beaches and their adjacent villages of Mae Nam, Bophut, Bang Rak (Big Buddha) and Choeng Mon are more peaceful choices.
Koh Samui has a tropical climate and the best time to visit is from February to September.

Things To Do:
- If a sunset is what you're after, it’s no secret that Nathon and Lipa Noi are the best places on the island to enjoy a Samui sunset. Nathon and Lipa Noi also boast incredible views of Ang Thong National Marine Park.
- Lipa Noi Beach has fine white sand with no corals or rocks in the water, so it’s a very swimmable beach that’s also safe for young children. The shallow waters run about up to 100m off the beach.
- Fun family activities include the Samui Zipline in Lipa Noi and the Samui Cultural Center, a modern one-stop destination for those who wish to learn about Thai culture.
- Nathon Town has a handful of relatively cheap shopping spots compared to other more popular areas in Samui, and you’ll find restaurants and local businesses selling goods from fresh produce and pastries to souvenirs.
- Up for an adventure? It is time to venture further inland to visit the Na Mueang Waterfalls, some of the most scenic waterfalls in Samui. There’s no entry fee required to visit the waterfalls and the path from the entrance of the park to the falls is easy to follow.
- Located on the beachfront of Bophut Beach, sits the famed dining hub, Fisherman’s Village. Fisherman’s villages houses over 40 restaurants and plenty of shopping opportunities. Most shops and restaurants are open from late morning or early afternoon. The Village becomes a vibrant “Walking Street” and is closed to traffic from 5pm on Fridays.
- A trip to Samui is not complete without a visit to the 12-metre tall seated Buddha statue. This statue represents Buddha’s journey to enlightenment and is a symbol of meditation and purity.
- Enjoy a competitive game of golf at Santiburi Golf course that is set amidst a reserved coconut palm plantation and boasts panoramic views of the Gulf of Siam.
- The “Grandpa and Grandma” rocks also known as the Hin Ta and Hin Yai Rocks are a sight you’re going to need to see to believe – no photoshop here! These rock formations resemble the male and female genitalia.
- Looking for that perfect beach spot? Then you must visit Silver Beach (otherwise called Crystal Beach). This beach sits along the cliffs that separate Lamai from the Chaweng area.
- Packed with bars and clubs, the busy town of Chaweng comes alive at night till the early hours of the morning. Chaweng is perfect if you are looking for a party.

Other Essentials:
- Rates are subject to 17.7% tax & service charge.
- Minimum 10 nights required for stays that overlaps both Christmas and New Year (18 Dec 2021 - 05 Jan 2021 and 17 Dec 2022 - 05 Jan 2023).
- Chef or in-villa shopping service is available at THB 300 or 20% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.
- Pre-arrival shopping service is available at THB 650 or 20% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.
- Where number of guests exceed 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa, a security deposit of THB 100,000 will be collected.
- Where number of guests is less than 1.5 times of the occupancy ofthe villa for small group events, a security deposit of THB 50,000 will be collected. Security deposit is refundable provided no damage or deep cleaning at the villa is required.
Visas:
If entering by air most nationalities will be granted a 30 day stay on arrival.
If you have a UK or US passport, then you do not need a Visa to enter Thailand (up to 30 days if arriving by air or up to 15 days if arriving by land).
This is known as a visa exemption. You may need to show your return ticket upon arrival and / or complete a landing card.
If you’re staying longer than 30 days then you’ll need to apply for a visa before travelling. If you overstay you may be fined or detained, so check the date twice! Please note that a visa extension can be obtained in Thailand at any immigration office for approx. 2000THB. We recommend checking the latest country entry requirements with your national foreign travel office, for UK citizens this is the Foreign Travel Advice section of https://www.gov.uk
If planning to enter Thailand via a land border multiple times during your travels, we recommend you pre-obtain a 60-day multiple entry visa from your embassy or consulate before you travel rather than attempting to obtain a visa at the border on multiple occasions which may result in being denied re-entry into the country.
