L2 Residence is an extremely unique luxury villa that forms part of the Santikhiri Estate. The Santikhiri Estate is an exclusive residential community situated on Koh Samui’s idyllic southwest coast, comprised of 24 individual sites, 19 homes, tropical gardens, a common area swimming pool and a yoga sala. The estate is privately owned and managed by the resident community, providing 24/7 security staff and site management for extra safety and security.
The villa is only a very short drive from the award-winning Kamalaya Wellness Sanctuary and Holistic Spa Resort- perfect for those who are wanting to relax and rejuvenate their mind and body.
There’s also a choice of restaurants, shopping outlets and bars in and around Lamai beach (about 20 minutes drive), or for a more sophisticated night out, Nikki Beach is also a fantastic option.

The villa is located on a steep hillside, overlooking the stunning Gulf of Siam.
Due to its steep setting, only 4x4 cars allowed for transfers. As such, if you are hiring your own vehicle we highly recommend 4 wheel drive.

Things To Do Nearby:
- If you’re in for some peace and quiet, the stunning southern region of Samui is the perfect spot to relax & unwind. Taling Ngam, Laem Set and Laem Sor have various stretches of sand that provide a peaceful haven for visitors. Taling Ngam Beach, in particular, is a favourite besides Lipa Noi Beach for enjoying unparalleled sunsets.
- Charter a boat to visit Koh Tean or Koh Mat Sum, two lovely islands south of Samui. You could go snorkeling in the reef around the islands, or just enjoy the near-deserted white-sand beaches and explore the lush greenery. The boats heading for these islands typically depart from the fishing village of Thong Krut in Taling Ngam.
- Beachside resorts like InterContinental Samui or Conrad Hotel are great spots from which to enjoy the sunset over dinner at one of the world-class restaurants or drinks at the bar. Up for an adventure? It is time to venture further inland to visit the Na Mueang Waterfalls, some of the most scenic waterfalls in Samui. There’s no entry fee required to visit the waterfalls and the path from the entrance of the park to the falls is easy to follow.
- The Secret Buddha Garden, located not far from Na Mueang Waterfalls, is a picturesque collection of Buddha statues. A fruit farmer whose family owned the land started the collection in 1976, placing statues all over the garden.
- See the famous mummified monk in Wat Khunaram. In 1973, a monk named Luong Pordaeng passed away peacefully, sitting in a meditative pose. His body has since been on display at this temple in a glass case for locals to venerate. What amazes people is how despite all this time, his body is still surprisingly well-preserved.
- The “Grandpa and Grandma” rocks also known as the Hin Ta and Hin Yai Rocks are a sight you’re going to need to see to believe – no photoshop here! These rock formations resemble the male and female genitalia.
- A trip to Samui is not complete without a visit to the 12-metre tall seated Buddha statue. This statue represents Buddha’s journey to enlightenment and is a symbol of meditation and purity.
- Enjoy a competitive game of golf at Santiburi Golf course that is set amidst a reserved coconut palm plantation and boasts panoramic views of the Gulf of Siam.
- Located on the beachfront of Bophut Beach, sits the famed dining hub, Fisherman’s Village. Fisherman’s villages houses over 40 restaurants and plenty of shopping opportunities. Most shops and restaurants are open from late morning or early afternoon. The Village becomes a vibrant “Walking Street” and is closed to traffic from 5pm on Fridays.
- Looking for that perfect beach spot? Then you must visit Silver Beach (otherwise called Crystal Beach). This beach sits along the cliffs that separate Lamai from the Chaweng area.
- Packed with bars and clubs, the busy town of Chaweng comes alive at night till the early hours of the morning. Chaweng is perfect if you are looking for a party.

Visas:
If entering by air most nationalities will be granted a 30 day stay on arrival.
If you have a UK or US passport, then you do not need a Visa to enter Thailand (up to 30 days if arriving by air or up to 15 days if arriving by land).
This is known as a visa exemption. You may need to show your return ticket upon arrival and / or complete a landing card.
If you’re staying longer than 30 days then you’ll need to apply for a visa before travelling. If you overstay you may be fined or detained, so check the date twice! Please note that a visa extension can be obtained in Thailand at any immigration office for approx. 2000THB. We recommend checking the latest country entry requirements with your national foreign travel office, for UK citizens this is the Foreign Travel Advice section of https://www.gov.uk
If planning to enter Thailand via a land border multiple times during your travels, we recommend you pre-obtain a 60-day multiple entry visa from your embassy or consulate before you travel rather than attempting to obtain a visa at the border on multiple occasions which may result in being denied re-entry into the country.
